Heather of Essex Junction, VT has chosen the Flutterby Blue BabyHawk Mei Tai. She plans on using her mei tai when her daughter is fussy and wants to be held. Effective 1-1-09 all returns that are not properly packaged will be charged a $5 restocking fee. It is up to the customer to determine the appropriate packaging material. Minor scratches and tears will not be assessed this fee. Improperly packaged items will be assessed the $5 fee. Please use common sense and think about the type of condition that you would like to receive a package. Here are some simple suggestions:
- Do not write or tape directly on the manufacturers boxes.
- Ship your return in packaging similar or more sturdy to that of which you received your package in.
We do not like adding additional fees to our customers, and we strive to give you the best possible prices with free shipping. In order to continue to do so, we ask that you please send your packages in appropriate packaging.

At La Stella Blu we want to make sure your gifts arrive by Christmas. So as the holidays draw closer we have a couple of tips for you to ensure your gifts arrive on time.
Order by 12-18 to make sure your gifts have 2-4 days to arrive by USPS Priority Mail.
If ordering past 12-18, please contact us to see if your gift will arrive in time or choose USPS Express Shipping. This shipping method is a 1-2 day delivery depending upon your location. In general urban areas are 1 day, while rural areas are a 2 day delivery.
Items ordered prior to 12-18 will be shipped either FedEx Home Delivery or USPS Priority Mail. We will monitor delivery times to do our best to ensure your package arrives on time. Please understand that once an item is shipped, we do not have control over the handling of the package or delivery.
